  • 1 heaping cup rolled oats, use gluten-free oats if wanting gluten-free, quick oats not recommended
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, smooth
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 2- 3 tablespoons milk of choice
  • optional: salted peanuts

Chocolate Peanut Butter Topping

  • 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or bar
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Instructions How to Make No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cups

Peanut Butter Granola Cups

  1. Line a muffin pan with liners or use silicone molds to layer the cups. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and maple syrup/honey/agave. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add in rolled oats. Mix together using a spatula or fork, until well combined.
  4. The texture will be a little bit sticky. Add 2 – 3 tablespoons of milk if the dough is too dry or crumbly.
  5. Divide oatmeal mixture into muffin cups. Press them down.  Add some salted roasted peanuts on top if desired for a crunchy nutty factor. Time to coat the cups with divine chocolate!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Topping & finishing touches

  1. Melt the dark chocolate with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in the microwave, stir in between 30 second increments until melted.
  2. Spoon and spread the melted chocolate mixture on top of the peanut butter oatmeal mixture.
  3. Sprinkle extra flaky salt or some salted roasted peanuts on top if desired.
  4. Freeze the cups for at least 30 minutes. Pop them peanut butter oat bites out of the muffin tray. Enjoy!
