No Bake Coconut Cream Layered Dessert

Ingredients

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs or cookie crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

CREAM CHEESE LAYER

COCONUT PUDDING LAYER

  • 3 ¼ cups milk see homemade coconut pudding recipe in notes if you want to make it from scratch
  • 2 3.4 ounces instant coconut cream pudding

TOPPINGS

  • 12 ounces Cool Whip or whipped cream
  • Topping Choices: Add some toasted coconut caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, chocolate chips

Instructions

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a 9x13 dish, flatten with a glass, and freeze for 30 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE LAYER

  • Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, fold in Cool Whip, and spread over the crust.

PUDDING LAYER

  • Whisk milk and instant coconut pudding mixes until thickened (1–2 minutes). Pour over the cream cheese layer.

TOPPINGS

  • Spread whipped cream on top, sprinkle toasted coconut, and add optional caramel, chocolate sauce, or chips. Chill for several hours before serving.

Notes

  1. Make homemade coconut pudding by doubling recipe and let cool before adding on top of cream cheese layer if you want to make your own pudding.
